14-day returns

Request a return or size exchange within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, complete and in their original condition.

How to return

Email hello@untold-truth.com for return instructions. Returns are sent to Bali, Indonesia, and you cover the return postage. You are responsible for the parcel during its return journey.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will arrange a refund, gift card or exchange. For an exchange, use the store credit provided to purchase your preferred piece. Any original delivery charge is not refundable.

After a refund is issued, allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
